Orders are processed and shipped every other Friday of the month. Your order will be shipped to the office location of your choice.

 

FAQ:

  1. Can I return or exchange an item?

At this time, there are no refunds for orders made on the store. Clothing or items are only exchangeable if they are defective or not in accordance with the original order. It is important to reference the size chart to avoid ordering an incorrect size.

 

  1. Can I try on or see the clothes or items in the store?

As with all online purchases, it is not possible to try on or see the items or clothing from the online store.

 

  1. How do I take a garment measurement?

You will find the measurements for each garment under the button (SIZE CHART). The measurements are taken in inches. Usually, only the chest width measurement is required. For a shirt, we suggest taking the arm length as well.

 

Chest: Measure around the chest one inch under the armpits passing through the highest part of the chest (bust for ladies.) If for example you have a belly larger than your chest, take the measurement of the longer upper belly part.

Arm length: Put one hand on the hip and take the measurement from the back of the neck to the wrist.

Garment length: Take the measurement from the back of the neck to the buttocks.

Size (for pants): Take the measurement at the level of the hips
